This is a great place to start. Topics covered will prepare your young dog with foundation skills to head in many directions giving you and your dog options for choosing your next class and feeling prepared for which ever path you choose to go in.

Friday 6:15 - 7:15pm Dates: Contact Caitlin for class dates. This class is for those who have completed Agility Foundation (listed below) and realize they would like to continue with longer slightly more challenging exercises. Emphasis will still be on having fun while learning some of the more advanced fundamentals.

This class is for novice dogs that have completed Foundation one & two and Short Course Class or their equivalent. This class is designed to help Novice dogs prepare for competition. Courses will include, all the equipment & skills the novice dog will see in competition. This class will combine jumping skills, contact equipment and weaves in slightly longer more technical sequences than our beginner Novice and Short Course class. Classes are 1 hour long for 5 or less dogs. 6 dogs with a limit of 8 dogs we will increase to 1&1/2 hour class.

This class is for any dog or person who has never done agility before. Emphasis will be on having fun while learning some of the basics. This class can be enjoyed by young or older dogs or young or older handlers! It’s the perfect class for anyone who for what ever reason was not confident enough to try agility before. Enjoy learning about agility without the worry that you or your dog will be over faced. Classes will cover basic obedience skills, play drive skills, restrained recalls, target sends, sends around cones and some obstacle familarlization. Your dog will be introduced to tunnels, jumps and lowered contacts and you will learn some of the easier handler crosses to put short sequences together. If you never thought you or your dog could do Agility this class just may surprise you. Dogs must have a stay, recall and be able to focus with other dogs working nearby

This is the perfect class for Retraining Contacts, Working on Motivation, or just concentrating on learning new handling moves. A fun class geared toward your problem areas! No full courses, just working on getting it right!
